UltraPure Cosmetics accepts Mastercard/Visa, American Express, Personal Checks, and Money Orders. With personal checks and money order transactions, we will hold the order until payment is received. UltraPure offers a certified secure website to process orders.

Free USPS shipping on all US orders of $50.00 or more.  A flat rate shipping rate of $4.50 will apply for any order under $49.99

Outside the US, a flat rate of $9.50 applies for all orders.

Discrepancies/Returns:

1. Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
2. Original packaging is required for product returns and must be in original, re-sellable condition.  Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned.  
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by UltraPure Cosmetics
4. Returns must be made within 15 days of shipment.
5. Any products shipped back to UltraPure Cosmetics without an Authorization Code will not be credited.
6. Mineral Perfection Sets and other sample sets are final sale.
