UltraPure Cosmetics accepts Mastercard/Visa, Discover,, American Express, Personal Checks, and Money Orders. With personal checks and money order transactions, we will hold the order until payment is received. UltraPure Cosmetics offers a certified secure website to process orders.

Free USPS shipping on all US orders of $85.00 or more.  A flat rate shipping rate of $7.95 will apply for any order under 84.99.  Expedited/Priority shipping is available for a flat-rate of $10.95.

International Orders:

• Outside the US, a flat rate of $19.95 applies for most orders, however we may contact you if the shipping charges are higher than expected. USPS does not include tracking or insurance outside of the US.  YOU will be responsible for lost or damaged shipments if you opt to ship via USPS. Please contact us for other shipping methods that maybe more reliable.   UltraPure Cosmetics will not replace lost or damaged shipments, nor will we credit your charge card for lost/stolen products.
  
• International orders: Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties from the country you have your order shipped to. These charges are always the recipients responsibility.  UltraPure Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges.  
• The shipping address must match the billing address on the credit card. We will ship to the BILL TO  address only, with the only exception being for clients who have established long-term relationships with us.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone.

Discrepancies/Returns:

1. Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
2. Original packaging is required for product returns.   20% restocking fee (based on actual price paid) will apply on opened merchandise, as it cannot be resold. 
   
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by UltraPure Cosmetics
4. Returns must be made within 10 days of shipment, after 10 days all sales are final.
   
5. Any products shipped back to UltraPure Cosmetics without an Authorization Code will not be credited.  Please include invoice in the box. 
   
6. Any credit issued will be credited back to the original form of payment.  It may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your bill.
7. Mineral Perfection Sets, 1-oz travel-sized skin care samples, and other make-up/skincare sample sets are final sale and cannot be returned as they are for trial only.
